Nazra provides informational content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical, nutritional, dermatological, dietary, or professional advice of any kind. Product scores reflect Nazra's proprietary internal methodology based on aggregated user reviews and publicly available data. They do not represent clinical assessments, regulatory approvals, or professional endorsements.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately at info@nazra.info if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4.1 You May Use Nazra To

• Browse, search, and discover products for personal informational purposes
• Submit genuine, honest reviews based on your real experience with products
• Save products and manage your personal product list
• Share product pages through the in-app share function

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
• Submit reviews for products you have not personally used
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
• Attempt to manipulate product scores through coordinated fake reviews
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Nazra's platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Nazra's scoring algorithm or source code
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without our express written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Circumvent any security, authentication, or access control measures

4.3 Review Standards

Reviews submitted on Nazra must:

• Reflect your genuine, personal experience with the product
• Be written in a respectful manner — attacks on individuals are prohibited
• Not contain personal information about other people
• Not constitute commercial advertising or sponsored content without clear disclosure

Nazra reserves the right to remove any review or content that violates these standards, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5.1 Nazra's IP

The following elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Nazra and are protected under applicable law:

• The Nazra scoring algorithm and methodology
• The Nazra name, logo, brand identity, and visual design
• Platform architecture, code, and user interface
• Curated product data, tags, and category taxonomy
• Editorial content and platform-generated insights

No portion of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used to create derivative works without our express written permission.

5.2 User-Submitted Content

When you submit a review, tag, or other content to Nazra, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and aggregate that content within the platform.

You retain ownership of your original review content. However, because reviews are aggregated into product scores, anonymized review data may persist in aggregated form even after account deletion.

5.3 Third-Party Data

Ingredient data retrieved via the barcode scanner is sourced from Open Food Facts, an open community database. This data is provided under Open Database License (ODbL) terms. Nazra does not warrant the accuracy of third-party sourced ingredient data.

Nazra scores are generated from aggregated user reviews and publicly available data. We do not independently verify:

• The accuracy of product ingredient lists from third-party databases
• The completeness of product information in our database
• The ongoing accuracy of data that may become outdated as product formulations change

We expressly disclaim liability for any decisions made based on information found on Nazra. When in doubt, verify information directly with the product manufacturer.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nazra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: personal injury, health outcomes, financial loss, or data loss. Nazra's maximum aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nazra in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

6.4 Brand and Product Liability

Product scores on Nazra reflect community sentiment, not objective assessments or regulatory approvals. A low score does not constitute a safety warning or factual claim of product deficiency. Brands wishing to dispute information about their products may contact us at info@nazra.info.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@nazra.info to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute. We will endeavor to respond within 14 business days.
